Self Cleaning Screen Mesh Has High Load Capacity, Self-Cleaning Ability

Self-cleaning screens are another type of mining screen, which can be made of high carbon steel wire, spring steel wire and stainless steel wire. The so-called “self-cleaning” means that the ore or stones are not easy to block the mesh of the mining screen, so there is no need to manually clean the mining screen in the process of ore and stones sieving. The mesh of the self-cleaning mining screen is mostly irregular (mostly wave wire or diamond), which greatly reduces the probability of the mesh of the screen being blocked.

Compared with other types of screens, self-cleaning screen is of many advantages. The wires in these screens vibrate independently of each other, and productivity is improved by combining a larger opening area (compared with a square opening screen) with vibrating wire. In spite of a higher cost, these screens greatly reduce binding, clogging and blind areas, and can provide an ideal solution for difficult aggregates and screening.
